Parkcrest Pull Out Of Land Deal

Having tabled an unsuccessful bid for AFC Bournemouth, Alan Pither has now seen a bid to buy land adjacent to Dean Court also collapse.

A statement from Parkcrest reads simply: "They missed a deadline and we felt it was in the interests of both parties due to a lack of progress. We will now proceed with a new planning application".
