With Joe Partington returning to first team action in recent weeks has proven to be a boost for other members of the squad who need to up their game to keep their place in midfield.
Shaun MacDonald, speaking on the Clubs Official Web Site, is quoted as saying about his fellow Welshman: "Obviously it has been a difficult season for Joe with injuries, and it's nice to see him back because he's worked so hard behind the scenes. He's done well to get back in the time that he has and that's a credit to him. I was out for about 15 weeks with my toe injury and sometimes you can get into a dark place. I think it's been more difficult for Joe because he has had worse injuries than mine, and I think all the lads are glad to see him back".
