Patience Required

The Supporters Trust Chairman, Derek Timoney, is calling for the fans to be patient when it comes to the take over of AFC Bournemouth. Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Timoney is quoted as saying: "We've been assured by Steve that things are progressing and everything should be sorted out shortly. We understand that negotiations with interested parties are continuing and we've been informed that, when these negotiations have been completed, discussions with the supporters' trust will follow as a matter of course. We understand supporters' frustrations but, given the fact that everything we are being told now is positive, we just ask for patience. We understand the interested parties are following all the correct procedures and these things do take time".
