AFC Bournemouth have announced that a bid from Portsmouth to re-sign Jason Pearce has been rejected.
Eddie Mitchell was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo on the bid from our Hampshire neighbours as saying: "I can’t go into numbers but there was a bid from Portsmouth which did not tick our boxes. But they are interested in him".
