Marcus Browning has been signed by Blue Square Premier side Weymouth as a player-coach.
Neil Moss and new signing Marvin Bartley will miss the pre-season friendly trip to Bristol City on August 4th. Both have picked up knocks which may see them miss the start of the new season. Bartley picked up a wrist injury during the pre-season match against Portsmouth, and Moss is struggling with a groin strain.
Manager Kevin Bond is linked with a move for Portsmouth keeper Asmir Begovic with a view to bring him in on loan to cover Moss should be miss the start of the new campaign.
It has been reported that Portsmouth defender Marc Wilson could be about to return to Dean Court for a further spell on loan following a successful spell last season.
