Kevin Bond was quoted after the match as saying: "I'm as frustrated as hell. Josh didn't put a foot wrong for the rest of the game but that mistake cost us big time. He's held his hands up and apologised and I can only hope he learns from it. It was very disappointing because we had played well in the first half and Vale had caused us no problems at all. We had looked the most likely to score. I want to win every game and I'm gutted to finish the season with a defeat, especially when we should have got something".
