Manager Micky Adams, was quoted after the match as saying: "It's hard to be critical of a group of players who have put us in the position that we're in. We never got to grips with their front men all day, we went deeper and deeper as the game progressed. I'm disappointed for our fans who have travelled down here in numbers and we thank them for their support. We live to fight another day and that comes next Saturday".
