Rantie To Be A Star - Freedman

Having tried to sign Rantie in the Summer before the Cherries nipped in, Dougie Freedman is backing the Cherries record signing to come good in the Championship.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Freedman is quoted as saying: "He showed a wonderful bit of skill at the start of the game to create a chance for himself. He is a player I admire and one I tried to get myself so I know a lot about him. I have seen him score goals and he is a good player. It is difficult to settle quickly when you come into English football. I felt his all-round performance was good and he just lacked that goal he needs. When he does get one, he will start scoring a lot".
