After the New Years Day game at Withdean against Brighton & Hove Albion, the Cherries will loose the services of loanees Scott Golbourne, Jem Karacan, Alex Pearce and James Henry as they return to the MadStad.

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, manager Kevin Bond is quoted as saying: "I think it's a certainty that James and Alex will go back - and I think it always was. And I think Reading would like to have Jem and Scott back to have a good look at them during January to see how they have progressed Scott has been out on loan before but stepped up a level with us, while this has been Jem's first experience of playing league football. They have all done very well for us but the likelihood is that all four of them will go back next week".

Bond is said hopeful of extending the loan periods of Max Gradel, from Leicester City, and Jean Francois Christophe (from Portsmouth).
