Speaking after the match, hat trick hero Brett Pitman is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "It's my first hat-trick for the first team so it ranks right up there. It's nice because my dad was here. He came over on Saturday morning. He decided on Friday night to come over when he knew I was playing so he would have been delighted. We've got to go to Barnet next week which is a massive game because we can suck them back into it with a positive result. That's what we'll be aiming to do. We know as a team that we can't get carried away and, with the bunch of lads we've got, I don't think we will do. We'll be focused next week. Two games in three days over Easter isn't going to be easy but we've got a good squad and you only have to look how strong our bench has been. I think we'll be able to cope".
