The new man is Richard O'Kelly who has been brought in from Conference runners-up Hereford United, who missed out on promotion having been beaten by Aldershot Town in the Conference Play-Offs.

O'Kelly joins having played for Grimsby Town, Walsall and Port Vale. As well as coaching experience with West Bromwich Albion, Aston Villa and of course Hereford United.

If Hereford's recent record is anything to go on, they notched up over 100 goals during the most recent campaign, finishing second to Chester City in the final table.

he starts his duties on July 5 when the players return for pre-season training. Speaking on BBC i, O'Driscoll is quoated as saying "Richard will be a welcome addition to the coaching and management staff at the club. "His enthusiasm, work ethic and attitude are first class and I'm positive that the players will enjoy working with him. The rapport he engenders with the players he works with is similar to Peter's."

We wish him well in his new role at Dean Court.
