Stockport County Reaction

Speaking after the 2-2 draw, manager Sean O'Driscoll is quoted on BBCi as saying: "It's probably the worst we've played, yet we got a point .... but I was pleased with their attitude after going 2-1 down, as they changed the system themselves to a back three, and raised the tempo of the game".

Speaking on BBC Radio Solent after the match, Eddie Howe is quoted as saying: "I think they looked most dangerous when they had the ball, maybe because of the pitch. In a couple of situations, we gave the ball away and they broke on us, almost as though they were the away team and cut us open. We were a bit vulnerable at times, especially when we were going forward".

For Stockport County, their manager, Chris Turner is quoted from BBCi as saying: "All I can do is get the best I can out of the players I've got to work with .... I knew the situation before I came here, so I know we've got to work to a budget. We've got to build a squad and develop a team rather than go out and bring in five or six new players which every manager in the country would like to do".
