Swansea City Reaction - Cherries

Last updated : 16 October 2007 By Bournemouth Co-Ordinator
Following their 5th home defeat of the season and without a home win in the opening 6 home matches, manager Kevin Bond is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "Until they got their third goal, we were always well in the game. I thought we were as good as them in the first half and created as many chances as they did. We had the lion's share of the play until they scored the third goal and Bradders had a good opportunity to make it 2-2, which would have made it a different game. Overall, they will be as good a team as there is in the league this season and while the scoreline would suggest that they gave us a good hiding, I don't think that was the case".
