If you take out two or three players, we can still get results and that's the sign of a strong squad. There's more experience in the squad and everyone is getting older together. We've still got young players, but I don't think you would call us a young team any more. I think we are coming into the right age to achieve something so hopefully our previous experience will stand us in good stead and we won't make the same mistakes as we made before".
