With Lewis Grabban being forced to sit the next few weeks out due to injury, following a knock to his knee during the FA Cup Replay against Wigan Athletic, it looks likely that Wes Thomas will be handed a chance to prove himself in a Cherries shirt.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, manager Eddie Howe is quoted as saying: "I thought Wes did really well. It was a very difficult task and he got through an incredible amount of work up there. He showed good ability and held up the ball for us, so I thought he could be pleased with his performance".
