Thomson Promises Pace

With the Cherries struggling at the wrong end of League Two, loan signing, Jake Thomson is promising to bring some much needed pace to the Cherries midfield, from his favoured right wing position.

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Thomson is quoted as saying: "I can play on the wing but generally I can play anywhere. There's different days when you like playing in different positions, but probably the right wing would be my preference. I'm very quick and direct. I'll just keep running at people. I'll always run at my man and won't get scared if he tackles me once or twice, because I know in 90 minutes I'm going to get past him more times than not, put in some dangerous crosses and hopefully get some assists under my belt. I'm looking to get experience and help Bournemouth get up the league and just train hard, work hard and see if I can improve".
