Time For Stockley To Step Up?

One player to have been in the shadows over the past couple of seasons has been Jayden Stockley, who has seen his chances at Dean Court limited over the past 12-months, which led to him being farmed out on loan to Woking, where he netted 14 goals.

Speaking about the player he originally signed manager Eddie Howe is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "Jayden did very well at Woking and I think he has done well whenever he has been out on loan. It was a good time for him to go out on loan – he needed to play – and Woking was good for him and vice-versa. He now comes back into our thoughts and back into our group for pre-season. He will be with us for all of pre-season. He is someone that we have always liked, ever since I saw him as a 15-year-old, but now it is very much up to Jayden to perform and impress to see what the next step is for him. It may well be out on loan, it may well be closer to us. It will all depend on Jayden".
