Time To Get Some Points

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Garry is quoted as saying: "We've got to try to get as many points as we can as soon as we can - I think that's most important. Rather than how we play, we've just got to look to get our points - that's why Gillingham on Saturday was a bit of a disappointment. As much as we didn't play well, we were in front and two minutes away from getting three points. But we've got to move on and hopefully we can get three points today (at Aldershot). I think the manager will be pleased with the shape of squad we've got this season because there's a lot of competition for places and that's what you want. It's an all-round better situation to have more bodies for training purposes and actual competition in games because everyone has to raise their bar to impress the manager and coaches to get in the first XI".
