Tindall On Season

It hardly seems possible that just 6 months ago the Cherries were rooted to the bottom 4 in League One having 'gifted' the rest of the division an eleven match head start given the inemptitude of the previous management duo. Then came the returning Howe and Tindall and everything changed!

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo on the seasons transformation, Tindall is quoted as saying: "Our goal before the Tranmere game was to win and win the league but it did not quite happen for us. We were in the relegation zone when we arrived and if anybody had said we would have been promoted with a game to go, you would never have believed them. The lads and everybody have put in a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication. Our attitude has been absolutely fantastic to every training session and every game that we have played. No group of players deserves it more than the group we have got here. Although we are disappointed because we wanted to win the league, let’s let that disappoint go and really think about and celebrate what has been an amazing season and an incredible journey".
