Tough Goal Keeping Choice

Following AFC Bournemouth's 3-0 defeat at the weekend, manager Lee Bradbury admitted that he had a tough choice deciding who should go in goal at The Valley, opting for Flahavan.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Bradbury is quoted as saying: "It was very close. I think I am very lucky to have two very experienced goalkeepers at the club. It was very difficult to choose between them. I just felt Darryl had been slightly ahead during pre-season. I told them at the start of pre-season that I would pick the best goalkeeper come August 6 and I felt Darryl was just slightly ahead of Shwan".
