Transfer Deadline Day Movements

First is the confirmation that James O'Connor has completed his move from Aston Villa to AFC Bournemouth after a successful month on loan. O'Connor is quoted on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "I have been thinking it over all week. The lads have been great and that made all the difference to my decision".

Also of interest is news that Luton Town are poised to snatch Warren Feeney from Stockport County in a deal said to be worth £150,000.

Speaking on the Official Web Site for Doncaster Rovers, their Chairman John Ryan is quoted as saying: "I personally agreed the £175,000 fee with Stockport owner Brian Kennedy and it was accepted by them. But I was not prepared to put this club into financial problems by trying to match the player's agent's demands. It seems he is going to Luton - who for a club who were recently in financial problems, have made him a big offere - and I wish Mike Newell all the best with him".

AFC Bournemouth will collect £21,000 as part of the sell on clause when Feeney left for Stockport last Summer.
