AFC Bournemouth claimed their 7th home win of the season against Shrewsbury Town at Dean Court, but had to rely on Coughlan putting past his own keeper in the 85th minute to do so. AFC Bournemouth 2nd, Shrewsbury Town 9th.

In the mud of The Don Valley Stadium, Rotherham United had to settle for a point against Burton Albion. A Le Fondre brace in the 39th (penalty) and 63rd minutes set the Millers on their way before Webster pulled one back in the 65th minute with Pearson levelling with 5 minutes to go. Rotherham United 3rd, Burton Albion 15th.

Notts County claimed just their 3rd win on the road with a 2-0 victory over Hereford United at Edgar Street. Westcarr gave County the lead in the 31st minute, with Edwards wrapping up the points in the 51st minute. Hereford United 17th, Notts County 4th.

Dagenham & Redbridge have slipped in recent weeks, and were held by struggling Grimsby Town at Blundell Park in a 1-1 draw. Coulson have the home side the lead in the 36th minute before Nurse salvaged a  point in the 60th minute. Grimsby Town 23rd, Dagenham & Redbridge 5th.

Accrington Stanley ran off with a 4-2 win over Torquay United at Livingstone Road, their 5th at home this season. Even though Wroe gave the Devon side the lead in the 10th minute from the penalty spot, the advantage was wiped out by Edwards with a penalty of his own in the 39th minute with Proctor giving the home side the lead a minute later. Joyce made it 3 in the 56th minute and Grant made it 4 in the 70th. Zebroski pulled one back in the 82nd minute to give the score line some air of respectability. Accrington Stanley 12th, Torquay United 21st.

Honours even at Whaddon Road as Cheltenham Town and Northampton Town played out a 2-2 draw. A brace for Halyes in the 22nd and 30th minutes was equalled with a brace from Akinfenwa in the 23rd and 47th minutes. Cheltenham Town 20th, Northampton Town 18th.

The only other game in League Two saw Crewe Alexandra (14th) draw 0-0 with Lincoln City (22nd) at Gresty Road.
