Brentford were the highest placed club to play as their game against Lincoln City at Sincil Bank was given the green light to go ahead. N'Guessangavce the Imps the lead in the 6th minute, with Bean levelling 6 minutes later and Bowditch giving the Bees a 23rd minute lead. Elding levelled for the home side in the 66th minute. Lincoln City 12th, Brentford 2nd.

Bury managed to take advantage of other postponements, easing themselves to a 1-0 win over Barnet at Gigg Lane. Jones scored the only goal in the 37th minute. Bury 4th, Barnet 21st.

Exeter City failed to take advantage of other postponements, loosing 2-1 at Meadow Lane against Notts County. Stewart had given the Devon side a 26th minute lead from the penalty spot, but saw Facey (32nd min) and Strachan (39th min) level and score what proved to be the winner. Notts County 14th, Exeter City 9th.
