There seems to be no stopping Rochdale as they extended their lead at the top of League Two to 8 points. Their latest success came against play-off chasing Rotherham United at Spotland as the home side ran away with a 4-0 win to collect their 12th home win of the season. Dagnall got the home side off to a great start with a 9th minute strike, which was added to in a twn second half minutes when Green put past his own keeper in the 64th minute, which was quickly followed by goals from Dawson (71st min) and O'Grady (74th min). Rochdale 1st, Rotherham United 5th.

Notts County closed the gap on the automatic promotion places with a 1-0 win over Macclesfield at Meadow Lane. Clapham scored the only goal of the game in the 18th minute to keep the pressure on the clubs just above them. Notts County 7th, Macclesfield 21st.

Aldershot Town maintained their hopes of a play-off place with a 1-0 win over Bradford City at The Recreation Ground. Charles scored the only goal of the game in the 54th minute. Aldershot Town 8th, Bradford City 16th.

Dagenham & Redbridge left 2 points slip against Torquay United at Plainmoor in a 0-0 draw. A result which sees them 4-points adrift of the play-off places. Torquay United 20th, Dagenhan & Redbridge 9th.

Port Vale slipped back up in to the top-half of the table (just) with a 3-1 win over hapless Darlington at The Arena. Purcell had given the home side the lead in the 9th minute, only to see Loft level in the 67th minute, which was added to with goals from Dodds (72nd min) and Haldane (81st min). Darlo's 10th home defeat of the season leave them effectively 17 points adrift of safety with just 16 matches left. Nothing short of a miracle now required to save their League status. Darlington 24th, Port Vale 12th.

Cheltenham Town still hover just above the relegation places, but have a 7-point cushion over Grimsby Town despite their 1-0 home defeat to near rivals Hereford United at Whaddon Road. Green scored the only goal of the game to edge the Bulls to within a few points of safety. Cheltenham Town 22nd, Hereford United 17th.
