Unfinished Business - Grabban

Lewis Grabban, along with quite a few members of the current playing squad like Simon Francis, Tommy Elphick, Steve Cook, Brett Pitman to name a few, have had experience at playing in the second tier of English Football, before being forced to ply their trade lower down to make a name for themselves.

Now that the Cherries are rubbing shoulders with some of the bigger names in the game, a few players have a point to prove to those clubs who let them go.

Grabban, for example, is an ex-Palace, who certainly feels that he has a point to prove, being quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "A lot of the players have got some unfinished business in the Championship and it is a good time to go there and try to lay our mark on it, both individually and as a team. One of the main differences is that the majority of the teams will try to play football, which is better for us because that is what we try to do. It is more a battle of ability rather than just physical and playing long balls, like you can sometimes get in this division".
