We Want Bradbury Full Time - Pearce

The players are clearly keen for Lee Bradbury and Steve Fletcher to look after the Cherries first team on a full time basis, following Jason Pearce being quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "They have got the full backing of everyone in the squad. Keeping things in-house was a great idea. We are doing well and I don’t think Bradders and Fletch will change much. Bradders as manager will do a great job. I know it was something he had always wanted, although his chance has probably come earlier than he may have expected. Fletch is a massive influence around the players and the club so he will be great as a number two. Hopefully, we can do well for them and they will stay on. We are delighted they have taken over. Now we want to get some good results to help them keep the job permanently. We have got a tough period coming up so are going to have to dig deep and stick together. We are going to need some good performances to get some more points on the board. We are backing them both 100 per cent and, hopefully, we can show that on the pitch".
