We're AFC Bournemouth - We've Nothing To Fear

Simon Francis delivered a clear message to the Cherries play-off rivals as the season enters the final straight "we've nothing to fear".

The only ever present in Howe's squad was quoted on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "The gaffer said in the changing room after the game that all we can do is concentrate on what we do. We just have to try and win all of our last five games. I don’t know how results will go, but if we drop points, we will only have ourselves to blame. If we win all our games and it’s not enough, then it’s not enough. We have still had an excellent season. The play-offs are in our sights now though and we want to get there. Everyone said before the QPR and Reading games that they would define our season and fortunately things have gone our way. If Reading are in sixth and the team to beat, we have absolutely dominated them. There’s nothing for us to fear. In the second half we could have scored a fourth or fifth. The main thing is the win, but we do want to improve our goal difference. It could come down to that with a lot of teams on the same number of points. If we keep scoring as we have been, then I’m sure we will be alright".
