We're Not In A Relegation Battle - Bradbury

Manager Lee Bradbury has come out to insist that Cherries are NOT in a battle against relegation!

Bradders is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying that the Cherries are in a false position in League One: "Our performances of late have been decent and we have played some really good football. At times, we just haven’t had that little killer instinct. But the table doesn’t lie and it is points that get you up the table, and not performances. We are building and looking upwards rather than downwards. With one win or two wins in a row, you would find yourselves in mid-table. It is very close down there at the moment. If we had won and other teams had lost, we could have jumped four or five places, so we are not panicking. They were the better team in the first half and we were the better team in the second half. We have got to get some consistency into our play and perform for 90 minutes. We have been performing for 45 minutes a game and that is not good enough. We are working on our consistency and our levels of performance. If we can get 90 minutes at the levels we want to play at, we will be a threat for any team. That is the next step for us and the next challenge we have laid down for the boys. We need to become a 90-minute team".
