A case of wrongful dismissal is being brought by former assiant manager, Russ Wilcox, with papers being lodged in the High Court in London, for a total of 350k for alledged breach of contract following his dismissal in 2012.
Chairman Eddie Mitchell is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "It is not for me to come out in public and say what my thoughts are but, if that is what Russ wants to do, we will have to look at the situation as and when it becomes apparent".
