Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Bond is quoted as saying: "I think he performed well in the middle of the park for us (last season) but I think he'll end up a better centre-half than anywhere else. In his time here with us last season he played central midfield, wide midfield, fullback and centre-half - and he could find himself in any one of those positions for us".
Also doubtful for the trip to Swindon are Telfer, Kuffour and Gowling, who twisted an ankle in training on Thursday!
