Yeovil Town Reaction - Cherries II

Right back, Simon Francis was quoted on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying on the win: "It was a perfect day for us with a clean sheet and scoring three goals. No disrespect to Yeovil but we want to try and put a bit of distance between ourselves and the teams below us, and we managed to do that today with a really good performance. I thought it was one of our best performances this season and this is probably one of the best spells we have had as well. In the last few weeks the gaffer has been talking about back-to-back wins and I think that’s massive in this league. There are a lot of funny results popping up each week, which we have seen ourselves because we have created a lot of chances but haven’t always got the results we deserved. But we managed to get what we deserved today and hopefully we can keep it up because if you can put a run of results together, it makes a difference. I can’t remember a game where he’s had a lot of saves to make or crosses to deal with. He’s probably been a bit bored in the last few weeks. He’s been good for us but it’s good for the back four as well. The gaffer and Jason were defenders and they have set us the target of keeping more clean sheets. Hopefully today will be the first part in a run of a few clean sheets".
