Young Appeal Rejected By FA

The FA has upheld the red card issued to Neil Young for his challenge on Stephen Hunt at Griffin Park on Saturday.

This now means that Neil will miss the next 4 matches. It would have been just 3 matches, but with the earlier sending off, against Hull City, he picks up an additional match in which he cannot take part.

This means that he misses the games against Colchester United, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn Rovers and Doncaster Rovers. Barring any injuries in the mean time, he could be available for the LDV match against Shrewsbury TOwn.
