A Bournemouth match wouldn't be a Bournemouth match it seems if there wasn't a silly goal conceded, and so it proved just 11 minutes in. Danny Hollands managed to divert the ball passed David Button and in to his own net, much to the delight of the visiting fans and the dismay of the home support!

But the Cherries seem to be made of sterner stuff these days, as we saw on Saturday against Wycombe. Back they came and pressured the Hatters goal with reward coming when they failed to clear their lines allowing Danny Hollands to atone for his earlier error with a thuderous shot just before the half hour mark.

The match really opened up in to a lively encounter, helped with some full on challenges on the skiddy Dean Court pitch, plus some interesting decisions being made by so called Premiership officials! What had we done wrong in a previous life to get lumbered with Steve Bennett?

To be honest neither side really tested wither keeper, but Button was thankful to find Connell on the line towards the end of the game, who cleared the ball off the line from a goal bound shot.

A draw was a fair result for both, just a shame that both need the points so badly at the moment.
