A late winner denies the Cherries a point against battling Grimsby Town at Blundell Park.

Right from the start, the Cherries were under the pressure as Grimsby Town, battling for League survival. Mariners pressure paid off just before the half hour mark when Devitt put the home side ahead from close range. Lee Bradbury levelled for the Cherries just before the break with a close range header.

In the second half, Grimsby managed to win a stack of corners. Their pressure paid off on the hour mark when Coulson restored the home sides advantage, only to see Liam Feeney level matters a minute later.

The Cherries cause wasn't helped when Jeff Goulding was sent off a minute after coming on to replace Brett Pitman.

The nail in the Cherries coffin came in the final few minutes when Chambers netted the winner in the 91st minute.

With results elsewhere not going too well, the Cherries slip to 3rd place in the League Two with a home match against Accrington Stanley to come next weekend.
