AFC Bournemouth almost manage to hold on to a win, but had to settle for a point against Franchise FC, but it was a quiet start at Stadium:Franchise with little to report in the opening 45 minutes - just one shot each. The difference came in the 42nd minute when Balanta fired home from close range.

On the restart, Symes came on for Cooper, with the switch in formation making a difference as the Cherries made more headway against our hosts.

A cross from Cummings on the hour mark found Wes Thomas who headed home from close range. Just 12 minutes later Thomas doubled his tally for the afternoon when he fired home from the edge of the area.

Sadly just 8 minutes later Morrison levelled for Franchise to deny the Cherries the chance for a rare win away against Franchise.

The draw keeps the Cherries just above the drop zone with a home match to come next weekend against Bury.
